Community Public Domain TV
A downloadable tool
The Community TV is currently in development.
It's a simple React app that loads movies from http://publicdomainmovies.net/cartoons and plays them in a small tv set.
The controls allow you to turn it on and off.
And to switch channels or pause the movie via commands.
It is controllable via the twitch chat when a user sets this up as a browser source in OBS. This is TBD but in progress.

Install instructions
This requires that you have NPM and NODE installed.
Download the zip file.
Open the folder and execute the command:
"npm install" followed by "npm run start"
It should open in your default browser at http://localhost:3000
